Like many others, I have severe anxiety going to a dentist. Foundations Perio has amazing providers & staff. They put an effort to make you comfortable with your treatment. Dr Fatima Tiwana takes time to explain everything & puts patient's comfort her top priority without rushing through things. I drive 40 minutes to go to this clinic. Highly Recommend!

Great location! Everyone is welcoming & friendly. Dr Fahtama is absolutely amazing! She is very talented & professionally gifted. She explains everything beforehand & checks during procedure constantly to see how I’m doing. Her soft touch & meticulous care is such a gift- Maddie & Melissa are awesome as well! All with such careful touch given throughout entire appointment.

- including all post-appointments. The communication between these wonderful professionals is so calming & relaxing- something I really appreciated. I highly recommend Dr Fahtama & her fantastic team- I would give 10 stars if I could!

Russell Dylla is the best Periodontist I have ever had! In the past 3 years I have seen 3 different Periodontists. Just had surgery today with Russell and he joked around, he was very kind and caring, and I didn't experience any pain or discomfort during the procedure. In the past with the other Periodontist I had seen, they were rough, pain was felt, and they didn't explain what was happening, it actually turned me off from wanting to get more work done. But now that I have experienced Russell and his kind ways, his humor, and no pain during procedure.

I was initially hopeful about scheduling an appointment with this dental clinic, but the communication process was quite disappointing. The clinic reached out to me via text message to arrange an appointment. However, after I promptly responded to confirm, I received no further communication. I also attempted to call the clinic twice, leaving voicemails each time, but did not receive any callbacks.

Additionally, I submitted over three appointment requests through their official website, all without any response. This lack of responsiveness made the scheduling process frustrating and led me to question the clinic's commitment to patient care. I hope they take steps to improve their communication channels and responsiveness to better serve prospective patients.
