I am typically terrified of the dentist, so going into my appointment I was very nervous. The staff (from the front desk staff, to the assistant to the dentist) were absolutely amazing. This was one of the best experiences I have had at a dentist. I will definitely refer others to this practice. And Dr. Waltz was great!

Myissa and Dr. Goglia were perfection. They were so calm and easy to talk to. Very laid back people that treated me like a human, not just a patient. I walked in and Myissa started asking what kind of music I enjoyed listening to (I said pretty much anything but country), so she turned the Alexa speaker to classic rock. (This showed a care and attention for making me feel relaxed and comfortable in the room). Later Dr.

Goglia came in and we talked a small bit about the music choice and joked about what others in the office listen to. As he was examining everything, (which he explained in great detail but in a simple manner), he continuously checked my comfort level, ensuring I was in a relaxed position, even adjusting the head rest because he saw I was moving a little bit. I felt seen and cared for significantly through the whole process. During the procedure the same characteristics were observed throughout. At the end he thanked me, and left me in Myissas hands. She then explained all the post op directions, and checked for understanding. She ended the conversation with a kind farewell and I left feeling so uplifted and cared for.

The women at the front office were just the cherry on top as well. This is the place to go for all treatment. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you all, seriously.

Fountain City Endodontics was amazing! I had a tooth that was causing me major issues and saw my dentist on Tuesday. I went in to them on Friday for a root canal that same week and came out a new person! The process was smooth, the staff was friendly and compassionate, the doctor explained everything before he touched my mouth and continued to ensure I was comfortable and pain-free throughout the procedure.

While no one wants to have a root canal, Fountain City Endodontics is the place to go! Thank you for taking such great care of me!
