Phenomenal dentist who I have gone to for the past 15 years and will go to for as long as possible. Dr. Jafari cares about every single one of her patients and goes above and beyond for anyone, even a complete stranger. Very thorough cleaning and dental check ups, and making an appointment is very easy.

She is always very punctual, and offers great advice for how to consistently maintain great dental health. More dentists should strive to be like Dr. Jafari.

I saw this dentist as a new patient in January. The most annoying thing about this experience was at the end when checking out they informed me they will stop accepting my dental insurance in just a couple of weeks and would I still like to schedule a follow up appointment. I'd have to pay out of pocket and submit a claim for reimbursement with my insurance. I don't know where they came off thinking the service was that good lol.

I would have preferred to go elsewhere for consistency. It felt like an obvious cash grab. Secondly, I had just moved from another state/job/insurance plan. Just six months prior I had a very thorough x-ray done of the entire mouth.

I told them this and that I already have the files to share with them. They literally did not acknowledge what I said and immediately responded with "Today we are going to do x-rays" and also "would I like flouride treatment today it's xx dollars because it's not insured". Um, do you as the dentist recommend I get this treatment? It felt so weird - like it was just a meaningless business transaction. Obviously I won't be going back lol

Just had my routine dentistry checkup here that I have twice a year. I take care of my teeth with regular brushing and flossing so this visit was smooth sailing. Appointment was easy to schedule and experience was stress-free. Because of the proximity to other shops I was take care of more than just this appointment while I was in the area.

I scheduled an appt for 10 AM today, when I arrived she advised me my appointment was scheduled for 9 AM. That is impossible because I have to bring my daughter to school by 9:30 AM every single day. She clearly needs an assistant to aid with keeping track of her schedule. She was very rude and dismissive.

She did not offer me any other appointments times, she simple said I don’t do appts. in 30 minutes and stood there and looked at until I walked out of the office. She needs to learn healthcare etiquette.
