Over time, it has expanded its services and now serves individuals of all ages residing in Green and Lafayette Counties, Wisconsin. The clinic's mission is to provide dental care to those in need, with a particular focus on uninsured individuals and those with limited access to oral health services. Fowler Dental Clinic accepts most insurance plans, including ForwardHealth (Wisconsin Medicaid) and Delta Dental, and also offers income-based discounts for qualified individuals and self-pay options. In 2018, they moved to their current facility, made possible with the support of Delta Dental of Wisconsin. The clinic is open Monday-Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM by appointment.
