Have been going to this practice for over 20 years. Dr Lord, a friend of mine sold to corporate 3 years ago. They let go a brillianty good hygenist, Emily but I went back and needed about the same amt of work as when Emily did it. No estimate was ever offered or provided. Got the bill and it was 3-4X as high as exact same amt of work done maybe 2 years previously.

Went in personally to speak to them and person at the desk said they would speak with a manager. 3 weeks nothing. I get a text form a manager? (really, from a high end dental clinic?) that asked why I hadn't paid my bill. I said it was 3X as high as the same work done previously and I wanted to know why. No response by text or email or phone.

Today with little warning, I got a notice from their collection agency adding $398 to the already unreasonably high bill. I rarely write reviews (maybe one every 5 years) but this is incredibly poor customer service and since they wouldn't listen or respond, and don't provide estimates before work is performed and needs to be made public at their choice.

we love fox ridge! so friendly and professional. payton, my hygienist, is the best! she’s super thorough and I leave feeling clean and refreshed every time! the doctors are also so kind and I always feel well taken care of!
