Dr. Franco is the most knowledgeable and professional dentist I have ever had, and I am an old person who has had a few. Her team there is excellent, and diverse if that's important for you to know. I dread having dental stuff done and I still leave there pleased with how I was treated, every time.

Also apparently one of the two MN dental offices that still require masking, if that's important for you to know. I'm ok with exchanging fewer germs while visiting health care facilities.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Franco for a few years now, and she is the best dentist I’ve ever had. Her attention to detail and level of care are exceptional. I’ve never experienced pain or discomfort in the dentist chair at this office (aside from the regular, minor discomfort of a routine cleaning). Every visit here has been pleasant and an overall positive experience with all the staff, from the helpful people at the front desk, to any of the kind and gentle hygienists, to Dr. Franco.

I struggle with bruxism, and Dr. Franco and her staff have outfitted me with a night guard that I can’t live without. Unfortunately, I’m like the Princess and the Pea, and I’m extremely sensitive to little tiny bumps or unevenness in my night guard. Thankfully, Dr. Franco and her staff have been beyond accommodating with refittings and adjustments over the years — they’ve even pulled strings to return my night guard to me after only a day or two after sending it out to get refitted at a lab. Aside from the outstanding dentistry work and patient experience, Dr.

Franco just cares. She remembers her patients and truly fosters a community atmosphere. This is going to sound crazy, but … I genuinely enjoy going to the dentist here. I always leave smiling and feeling motivated to floss!
