This was the best dental experience I’ve had in along time. Not only was I educated on how to properly care for my dental health but Felicia was extremely nice with great customer service. Dr.Butler was nice as well. I will definitely be back!

Slim Gem

I was referred to this office from the Emergency Room in Fayetteville & was grateful that he was able to see me same day. Dental Assistant, Precious, was BY FAR the most pleasant aspect of my dental experience at this location. She was helpful, kind, and explanatory. She looked in my mouth, saw & identified the issue, prepped me, and gave me sound advice. I didn’t wait long before Frank walked in. I opened my mouth, and not only did he not see what I was talking about but when he did.

. he nonchalantly dismissed me with “I ain’t puttin no needle in that it’s pus in there!” I was embarrassed, mortified, and didn’t know what to do. He walked out the room and that was the end of my visit. I sat there for a min confused. Not knowing if he was coming back or if that was it. He didn’t ask me what meds I was currently taking.

If or where my pain was located. He came in with several incorrect assumptions, didn’t let me get a word in, didnt let me ask any questions… I’ve never had a dental session like that. SAVE YOUR TIME. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. ANYWHERE ELSE TBH.

The staff there is very pleasant, but the dentist himself is very unwelcoming and nonchalant in nature. If you are afraid to visit the dentist to begin with, you will not leave feeling any better after an encounter with him. In addition to that, my husband had to be rescheduled twice because they didn’t schedule him for the correct procedures.

He missed those 2 days of work without pay from his job because of it. But yet if we don’t show up for an appointment we will be charged a fee. How fair is that??

He is a horrible dentist . He doesn’t help you at all. He will insult you on your teeth, Then just walk out the room . he’s an old grumpy man that needs to retire. Some of his assistants are nice but lord they didn’t know what they were doing either. Just shut the whole office down.
