Told me they could do the 2 wisdom extraction during consultation and charged my 80 dollars. The second time I went to their office for the extract, the doctor said he cannot do the extraction and sent me home. I wasted 3 hours driving there and later called me saying it was miscommunication on my part and wasted 1 hour of their time because they didn't do the extraction for me:)

In Dec 2021, "Dr. " Chan did gum surgery on my molar because of a deep gum pocket. Right after the surgery, my tooth started to loose. Then I started to feel the continuous pain. In April 2022, I did root canal on the same tooth because root nerve was damaged for the sake of saving the tooth. Since then, my tooth stayed loose and I felt constant pain or discomfort. Finally I went to see another dentist and he suggest to remove the tooth.
So in summary, a year ago, my molar had a gum pocket and I could eat like a normal person. But now, I need to have the molar extracted. What a bad experience! By the way, "Dr. " Chan is not a member of Michigan dental association. He let his student observe my surgery (shadow) without my permission. I am sharing my experience and you can decide the quality of their service and skills.

Dr. Sun and Dr. Wu are great people. There was a time that my denture fell out (after a long time) but Dr. Sun squeezed time and helped me glue it back in a timely manner. The front desk woman, however, never treated me with respect. In my last visit, I asked her for a new mask to replace my old mask but she said "you don't need it".
When my teeth cleaning was done and I was checking out and planning to ask for a reservation for next visit, she talked to the lady in front of me for a long time without even looking at me. Now I recalled that in my seven years visit, she barely looked at me directly. Her disdainful face to Asian men is like saying she is here only for the sake of money but she reserves her dignity of not being equal or inferior to her Asian man employer and Asian man customers. I cannot understand how could Dr. Sun tolerant this for such long time.

Dr. Sun is the Best Dentist in the Detroit area. This dentist and his staff are great. I'm so comfortable when I'm there. They are all so friendly and you feel you are a priority to them.
