Switched to frankel because my my old dentist retired . First couple visits were amazing and then went down hill fast. Got a root canal done and took months to get the job complete . Went in for a tooth extraction and the dentist couldn’t get me numb because he couldn’t get the needle far back enough .

So referred me to a specialist . Missed work a lot for appointments and nothing got accomplished at any appointment I’ve been to recently.

Kristen is amazing! She always cleans my teeth every time I come and she always is easy to talk to and gives great advice on the care of my gums. I'm seeing great results and I really appreciate when she tells me I'm doing a great job. Before frankel dentistry I went probably 10 years without a dentist because my childhood one didn't work out.

Now my mouth feels healthy and going to the the dentist is an enjoyable experience. I couldn't imagine not going to frankel for all my needs. Thank you all so much and tell Kristen she's amazing for me!

From the moment that I walked in the door, the girls up front are superb. All three of them. My dental assistants were beautiful and kind, to my dentist that I told him he should be a model and not a dentist. Top notch all the way around. I'm so glad I live right across the street. Honestly you don't want to go anywhere else. I wanted to edit my review.

Where everyone seems to be very nice, I love my dentists, it just seems like some of the girls up front don't know really what they're doing. I had a consultation that they canceled, I'm not feeling well today June 11, 2025 I have the migraine from the motherload, and I called to cancel, the girl that answered the phone was not. Sympathetic she said I will notate your account. I called a couple days ago for x-rays to be printed off, I go in for an appointment also, they don't have any recollection of me calling in for the x-rays but they did print it off. It just seems like it's chaotic upfront.

My Account

I was new to the area and was looking for a Dentist in the Fall of 2024. My first impression was very good. The people at the desk and hygienist were very nice and efficient. Then the Dentist arrived and everything went south. The Dentist was very rude, telling me over and over that he would give me my charts so I could go elsewhere.

I still don't know why this comment was made and I was left very confused. He proceeded to take a personal call in the middle of the appointment. Normally, this wouldn't bother me but given his behavior, it was clear that his patients were not his concern. I took his advice and found a Dentist elsewhere who is amazing. This was the first time in 60 years that I refused to go back to a Doctor or Dentist for unprofessional behavior.

To his credit, Dr. Frankel contacted me first thing the next day and offered to work on my teeth himself. First impressions are everything and I decided not to take him up on this offer as this was not the practice for me.
