The person at the front desk was great. But the young man doing the cleaning was very unprofessional. He came out front talking about someone special needs child. When I walked in he was arguing with a parent. He didn't want to service the children because he was ready to go home. He did not do a cleaning on my son teeth.

He told one of his coworkers that it was a waste of water. I was told that medicaid don't cover deep cleanings when I know they do for children. I was questioned when I told them that I also have commercial dental insurance as well. I will bring my child back there. This visit was a complete waste of time.

If I could give less than 1 star I absolutely would. I initially gave a 4 star rating due to the quality of service I received. My opinion has now changed. I took both my children to this location and was told both of my babies had multiple cavities and even needed a root canal. I went and got a second opinion cause I knew my children didn’t have that many issues.

I was right to do so. NO cavities NO root canal needed. The fact that they tried to scam my insurance is totally insane. I would not trust this location.

Our visit at Franklin Dental was Fantastic!!! After reading the negative reviews I was concerned that I had made a major mistake. However, the service I received was fantastic! Giselle was pleasant and assisted me with check in. My appointment was at 8:00AM and doors were open at 7:45.

My son was called back at 8:03. My insurance had already been checked prior to my arrival. At the end of my son’s appointment, his next 6 month visit was ready and I was able to make an additional appointment or fillings for a Saturday!!! Overall the visit was great and the staff was AMAZING!!

I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I had at Franklin Dental & Braces, and I will not be returning. From the moment I tried to schedule an appointment for my children, there was confusion and disorganization between their two offices. I clearly communicated that I would be available in May, not April, but despite multiple calls, text messages, and me declining appointments via text, I was continuously scheduled for April. I had to repeat myself several times, and it became clear that there’s a lack of communication between staff and no proper note-taking system in place. Eventually, I was told the May schedule wasn’t out yet and I’d be called when it became available. Still, I received another round of April appointment requests. I called again near the end of April to clarify only to be told that I was somehow already scheduled for the last Friday in April. After repeatedly declining April appointments, how does that happen? When I was finally able to schedule a May appointment, I was bombarded with three separate confirmation texts, followed by a phone call the day before, and even a text the morning of the appointment after I had already confirmed.

That alone was overwhelming and unnecessary. Despite all of this urgency around showing up at 8:30 AM, we sat in the waiting room for over an hour before being seen. When my children were finally taken back each to separate rooms. I let the front desk know that I was with my youngest and to please send my older daughter to me once she was done. I gave her name clearly and twice. Yet 20 minutes later, I get a phone call from the front desk asking where I was because my daughter was apparently upset and waiting. Why is there such a disconnect if you’re the ones scheduling two children at the same time? How is it my job to track them down when I clearly communicated what was needed? The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and general disorganization were beyond frustrating. The staff seemed very young, untrained, and unconcerned about patient care.

It felt like we were just a number a checkmark not people. My children deserve better. I walked out before they received any service and have no plans to return. Whoever is running this office should be embarrassed by the lack of structure and concern. This experience was stressful, unprofessional, and honestly unacceptable. I would give zero stars if I could.
