I had been a patient here from February of 2022 to September of 2024. That’s roughly 31 months, with appointments every 6 weeks, on average. I can say that, without a doubt, this entire experience was worth it. From day one, the staff was so friendly and accommodating. I was able to reach out to them easily via text with questions or concerns throughout the process. Dr. Almay and Dr.

Pratt work as an awesome team and were very easy to talk to. The technicians there were friendly, knowledgeable, and made me comfortable at all of my appointments. I’m 40 years old, and had spent the first half of my life with crowded teeth and a crossbite. Thanks to the team there, my teeth are straight, evenly spaced, and my bite is strong. It has been a life changing experience, and I would do it all over again at Fredericksburg Orthodontics. Thanks, everyone!

I visited this ortho office for the first time today and had an outstanding experience — 12/10! I want to extend a HUGE thank you to Dr. Almy and clinical assistant Rosa for taking excellent care of me and exceeding all of my expectations. I received exceptional service from start to finish. When I told the front desk that I preferred to wait outside for a bit, they gave me a pager to alert me when they were ready, which made my wait extra smooth and convenient.

Even though I arrived super early (about an hour before my appointment), they were kind enough to see me before my scheduled time. They have a fantastic team here, and I highly recommend this office for anyone seeking ortho-related work, top-notch patient care, and a confident smile.

I really can't compliment this office and their staff enough. The doctors are very honest and upfront about the pros and cons of treatment, available options, and possible outcomes. It is really refreshing being spoken to like a patient and not like you're being given a sales pitch. All the staff are really polite and very knowledgeable. I had insurance billing questions and the first person I spoke to was able to answer it immediately and confidently.

I can't remember the last time calling about a billing question didn't result in transfers and ultimately leaving a voicemail. All my appointments have been on time, their scheduling has been flexible, and it's overall an efficient and painless experience. It feels more like going to a spa than a doctor's appointment.
