We always feel very well taken care of from the minute we walk in the door and see Sharon at the front desk, to the assistants and Dr Frehner. My son's visit was quick and easy - even with all his inquisitive questions for the assistant ;) We will definitely continue our care with Dr Frehner!

Time for my 6 month cleaning and check up....Honestly love checking in and bang you are in the chair for the cleaning... no waiting. Michelle the hygienist does an amazing job, and in no time Dr Dan is doing his check up and out he goes. Next appointment is made and out the door you go. Fast and easy..... You have to love that! We recently moved into the area and Dr. Frehner was highly recommended to us by a close friend. After our first visit we have come to agree as we all had an excellent experience! Our family consists of myself, my wife, our 3 year old son and 1 year old daughter. For starters, the facility is laid out very well and is purpose built for comfort! The waiting area is clean and well thought out with both adult and kid size furniture. In the dental work areas, there are large floor to ceiling windows to look outside and let in natural light which avoids the “institutional” atmosphere that closed in cubes with fluorescent lighting produces. From a personal comfort perspective, I have always tended to feel claustrophobic in a dentist’s chair. The large windows and natural light really helped to decrease that feeling for me during my first visit. All of the equipment utilized is very up to date and modern. Instant results were obtained from the onsite X-ray imaging equipment with no wait between the scan and the evaluation. Also, the results were displayed on a large screen monitor which was visible to me from where I was sitting in the chair. On the relationship level, the entire team demonstrated an excellent “customer first” attitude. Dr.

Frehner, as well as his staff, have mastered the art of conducting themselves as a professionals while showing friendly interest in their patients as individuals. On my first visit I had one filling which took maybe 2-3 minutes to complete but Dr. Frehner and his assistant, Lisa, did such an excellent job of timing their movements in and out of my mouth and communicating each and every step of the way that it felt like a much shorter period of time. Lisa did a great job of handling the initial exam and X-rays in addition to providing support while my tooth was being filled. In addition to Dr. Frehner's excellent work performed personally, his support staff is very friendly while efficiently performing their tasks. All of the individuals in this office were very skilled at their jobs and knew how to manage both time and people very well as a team with very smooth handoffs to ensure the necessary tasks were getting done while keeping the process moving along with minimal waiting between activities. My wife and 3 year old son also had the same experience and were also impressed with the same elements outlined above. Our initial impression at this point in time is that this is a first class operation and just like our close friend who recommended that we go in this direction, we also now highly recommend Dr. Frehner and his support team for any dental work you may need to have completed. UPDATE - November 16, 2019 - My initial post above is still true and as Dr. Frehner and his team have gotten to know us the personalized service and attention to detail has simply increased the level of service.

Each person in our family is greeted by name and each staff member takes an interest in us without being nosy. Excellent relationships have been established and maintained. I continue to recommend with zero reservations! UPDATE 4/9/2024 We continue to appreciate the excellent, high quality service Dr. Frehner and his team provide. Each person in our family is greeted by name and each staff member shows a personal interest in each of our family members as they grow up. The whole team works together very efficiently to deliver the best dental services while still maintaining that personal touch that feeds long-term loyalty and relationships. We continue to recommend with zero hesitation or reservations! UPDATE October 8, 2024 - I had a large chunk of one of my molars disintegrate yesterday at 1:54PM when I bit down into vitamin and by 3:35PM Dr. Frehner had examined the tooth both visually and by X-ray and had filled it and gotten me on my way - AMAZING responsiveness
