My special needs brother and I are patients at French Creek Dental in Meadville. The front desk ladies are super friendly and very accommodating.

Niki our Hygienist is top notch! She is very kind and easy going and does an excellent job of cleaning and flossing our teeth. The dentists and other personelle have been very friendly too! I would highly recommend scheduling an appointment with this practice!

if I could give them a zero star review I would. the front desk people are very friendly and,there one hygienist has very good bedside manners and is very friendly. the dentists and the anesthesiologist on the other hand worst experience EVER! they had no bedside manner and really didn't give me any details on what they were using to sedate my son for dental work.

we ended in up the er due to how much medicine they gave him for sedation. we will not be going back there!

I had an appointment with a dentist there and the dental assistant, Emerald. Emerald took my x-rays, explained to me each picture, and showed me exactly what we were fixing that day. While a dentist has to move very quickly, Emerald took the time to point out answers to every question I had while we waited for the dentist. She was knowledgeable, calm, and focused.

I am incredibly grateful to her for helping me at a time when I was in a great deal of pain. She is a real asset to that team.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR WISDOM TEETH. Came in with impacted rears, they absolutely schedule the removal of said teeth. The next morning I get a call of them saying my insurance won’t cover anesthesia, so they’ll just numb and remove 2 teeth from the top. 2 completely different teeth.

THAT HAS NO MEDICAL BENEFIT. After calling insurances come to find they never sent an order in. It was only until I had a 3 way call with insurance, me, and the dentist rep, that it was admitted they don’t feel compensated enough to complete such a complicated operation. Be careful here, I could’ve lost 2 extra teeth for no reason…
