I’m new to the area and ended up choosing this practice for my dental needs. Hands down the best experience I’ve had at the dentist. Was blown away by the new technology used by this practice. The entire staff was super nice, accommodating and let me know what was going on every step of the way.

While my appointment was initially just the consultation, they were able to fit me in immediately for a cleaning and fill which was very convenient for me. The office was also super clean and modern with lots of semi private rooms. Extremely happy with my choice on this dentist.

Experience is starting off very poor as a new patient. . I booked an initial appointment for this morning, provided my insurance and showed up on time. As I showed up to be seen the front desk girl said she noticed in my insurance that it only covers people 19 and under and so it would be $490 for my initial consultation.

I trusted that she was correct and left. I called my insurance and they assured me that is is 19+. so I lost my spot, called back so they could confirm for me that it was 19 and under, they then were short staffed and didn't get around to calling my insurance yet, no manager on site and no apology.
