Dr. Neil and his Dental assistant Aide is the bomb.com I was so scared from a past experience but he coached me Thru my fillings and my removal the asst. was great giving me tips and all on how to get my teeth in even whiter shades….. 10/10 service and communications was everything you want from your doctor ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am saddened to leave a bad review I usually keep my negative reviews to myself if don't want others to judge a location based just on my sole experience but let's get into my personal experience there was ups and then for sure down at the end i will say 5 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 beautiful stars for the staff from the start when I went in the door the security officer that was there had a great smile and very happy go lucky greeted me and help me on where to go to check in loved how calm and patient he was once I got to the reception desk the receptionist greeted me with the biggest smile and great manners i felt very calm and happy on how good so far my first time visit was going to friends health I filled out my paperwork to get registered and the whole time she receptionist was amazing once the dental assistant teresa came to get me to take me to my room to be prep for my dental visit she was very amazing calm and patiently help me get ready she was very careful with the xrays to get the best angels but at the same time gentle to not hurt me she was very nice and ask why I was there I explained my situation and she completely understand what I was explaining she did care and listen never judging or trying to tell me what was wrong with me I was very confident with my visit even more but 1 star 🌟 for the young doctor once she came into the room she was nice at first and ask what was the problem at first she did listen but that then changed once she look at my bad teeth that I was for and that I was wrong and nothing look wrong I explained miss I have been dealing with my bad teeth for a very long time and know my body and what I am currently feeling i would not bere trying to get help and extractions just for fun I need them to stop my pain and suffering I was very calm and respectful the whole time but I seen she was becoming more moody and passive aggressive by the moment that's when I knew my visit was over and I lost her and I was not going to receive the medical attention I needed in the end all I can say is not all doctors are bad but some need to remember to listen to their patients and their individuals needs I wish her so much luck and success in the future but to be more patient and try and help by listening to does who know their body's and what has help in the past and not try and force what they think is going on and force their personal idea on the patients that just want to heal and move on with their lives in the end the doctor stormed off not to be seen again and the dental assistant was so nice and sweet in the end she would have help me if she could I said ty so much for your patience and understanding and bien so nice i grabbed my things and left while saying bye to all the awesome employees and that's where my visit ended at friend health Pulaski

Awesome service. Staff is very profesional. Took my 3 girls for check up and was done in less time compared to other facility. They also have an urgent care and all records from urgent care and regular clinic are linked into one file.

I wish Google would let me put zero stars! Scheduled my dental appointment 6 months ago. I received 2 text confirmations within the last week that my appointment is at 8:30am. I arrive and the reception says that there's a meeting and my appointment was pushed back at 10am. How was I supposed to know that? She says I should have received a call but I never did then she goes to say there must be the wrong number in my profile. No how if I am getting the text confirmations?? Then reads out my number and it is correct. Whoever manages the appointment didn't call me then! I ask her how am I supposed there isn't going to be another expected meeting at 10am??? This team needs to re-evaluate what they're doing.
Maybe that's what they should have a meeting on next time! Patients have these appointments scheduled months in advance. How is a team going to schedule a meeting during patients appointments??? You either do it before the appointments start or during your lunch. Be smart, proactive and considerate of your patients!!!! To me, it's the receptionist fault. She was the same one once who called me 5 minutes before my appointment saying they didn't apparently accept my insurance. Forgot to add a review for this. She literally called me once and now says they were not able to reach me.
How does that make sense?? So now that I was seen, I'm told they have meetings every Tuesday. And I'm supposed to know that??? Why did I get scheduled on Tuesday then if they know they have these meetings and at the same time I'm getting text confirmations about my appointment at 8:30. I hope the owner sees that and actually acknowledges it and fixes this issue. I see they only reply to positive comments.
