I would never go here for anything. I was hung up on twice. These secretaries are the worst and their attitudes suck. Nobody should ever have to tolerate the disrespect of this company and their horrible customer service.

AKK Sisters

Terrible first experience with the pediatric dentist. He was very unprofessional and distasteful with the way he conducted himself this morning . I abruptly Ended the visit due to how he was interacting with me and my child . My daughter and I became very uncomfortable due to the fact we been there before and never received treatment like that .

He was very rude from the moment he entered the room , he also failed to introduce himself as well . As I was speaking to the office manager he was making comments which I made clear that I could hear as well and then he proceeded to interrupt the office manager multiple times as she tried to help me reschedule the initial appointment . He has no respect for women , children or his staff . You can see the office manager was very bothered with the way he spoke to her and he continued in that way .

It was made very clear that this isnt the first time people have said these things about him nor his behavior today. I do not recommend anyone to take their child or children to be seen by him . He is not a friendly or kind person.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Friendly dental. From the very beginning, the level of service and professionalism was subpar. First, the scheduling process was a nightmare. Appointments were often canceled at the last minute without any explanation, causing significant inconvenience and disruption to my daily schedule. When I finally managed to see the orthodontist, I felt rushed and dismissed. The staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in my concerns. I had to wait an excessive amount of time in the waiting room, and when I was finally seen, the consultation felt hurried and incomplete. My questions about the treatment plan and potential outcomes were not addressed satisfactorily.

The actual treatment was no better. The quality of care was subpar, and I experienced considerable discomfort and pain that I was not adequately warned about. There was a distinct lack of communication and follow-up regarding my progress. I also noticed that the equipment seemed outdated and not well-maintained, which did not instill confidence in their ability to provide proper care. To make matters worse, the billing department was unprofessional and confusing. I was overcharged on several occasions, and it took multiple phone calls and visits to resolve these issues. The staff was unhelpful and often rude when I tried to address these concerns. Overall, my experience with Friendly Dental was incredibly disappointing.

I expected a higher standard of care and professionalism, especially given the cost of the treatment. I would not recommend this franchise to anyone seeking orthodontic care. They need to significantly improve their customer service, communication, and overall quality of care. I do not recommend anyone to go to this place. I reached to Nikki Reed multiple time to make an attempted to solve the problems. she never returned my phone calls. So unprofessional.

This office is horrible and I would not recommend anyone go to them. I have been waiting almost a year for just a cleaning. They did my x-rays and then recommended that I go see ortho but that I need a cleaning before I can even go see ortho so now here I am waiting all these months and can’t even get an answer when I call the office.

It was a waste of getting the x-rays done when there’s nothing to be done about anything that was found on them I mean, it’s absolutely ridiculous. They should be shut down.
