My first appointment was 8/1)24 I went in the DR was so rude she looked in my mouth in the waiting area, then called my insurance to get authorization only to tell me I had to come back after she gets the approval.tge Dr and reception are rude as hell. the Dr never called me back.....it's so dirty in the office it's a real live jungle.

Just called and asked if they might know how I could go about finding an emergency dental place, she accused me of asking her to drop everything for me after office hours and Said oh so I should kill myself for your convenience? Jumped down my throat for asking her one innocent question in a very civilized manner. The most rude, unprofessional, and ignorant person I have ever spoken to on the phone at any medical office ever.

The woman I spoke to should be terminated immediately.

Believe the reviews of this place!!!!! I called to see if they had an earlier appointment, if not I would definitely keep my 3pm appointment. No worries. The dentist chewed my head off. I told her it was totally ok if there were no earlier appointments.

So as a result of her being extremely rude, I cancelled my appointment all together. That would've been my first time visiting. 😕😕😕☹️☹️☹️ I wish I could give no stars!!!!!!
