Fusion dental has been the best to me! I went in yesterday for 4 extractions and they made me feel so comfortable. I thought I would wake up this morning in a lot of pain and I have no pain at all.

The last time I had an extraction at another dentist I was in a lot of pain the next day. Everyone from the front to the back of this dental office have been absolutely amazing!!!! I’m so glad I chose Fusion Dental for my dental needs!!!! Thank you to all of you for your amazing work! I will definitely refer my friends and family to them!!!

Updated on 4/30/2025- I received a call from Fusion dental and took care of my issue. As I said, my only issue was with billing communications, dentists and technicians were great. I had a highly frustrating experience with Fusion Family Dental in Waldorf due to their billing and communication practices. Initially, they charged my insurance for a panoramic X-ray, which was denied. They informed me that if I provided prior pano images, the charges would be removed. I promptly shared the images, and they assured me the charges were resolved.

However, a month later, I received a bill for the same X-ray. When I contacted their office, they told me to ignore the bill, stating it was taken care of. Despite this, I continued receiving bills over several months, with the same dismissive response to ignore them. The situation escalated when I received collection notices. I’ve made multiple attempts to resolve this by calling and emailing, but Fusion’s team has been unresponsive. On at least four occasions, I was promised a callback from the office manager, which never happened.

Even today, my attempts to address this issue were met with the same unfulfilled promise of a callback. This ongoing ordeal reflects poor management and customer service. I strongly advise against choosing this practice due to their unreliable handling of billing issues.

Experience was great appreciated seeing an office full of women. I do need quite a bit of work done so perhaps it was just a lot of information to give. However I still have questions regarding my dental plan. I just needed this explained in a bit more detail so I’m aware of what’s what. Aside from That customer service was amazing.

This is hands down the best dental practice I've been to. They were thorough, detailed, personable, knowledgeable, careful, thoughtful and polite. Both the dental assistant Neesha, the dentist Nicole communicated everything they were about to do and were kind about it. Also, they were patient while we handled my medical history. I've already scheduled my next appointment. You should too.
