They not only walked me through everything step by step, but they worked with me to accommodate my neurodiversity so it was not only a good experience, but a great one! I cannot recommend them enough! Pain free, from the paperwork to the procedure to rescheduling, they took their time and were patient with me.

Giving one star today because the treatment I received today was rude, dismissive, unprofessional and the information was misleading. I heard wonders about Dr G from my coworkers at the hospital, I decided to give him a try. Called the number, booked my appointment, gave my insurance information, etc. I received a second courtesy call the day before my appointment, I was told the insurance numbers I provided were non existent. Gave all my information again, verified that everything went through, and asked if they needed anything else from me, they told me I was all good to go. Get to my appointment today, get told to go put a parking pass in my car, come back up (all while wearing an ortho boot and no one bothered to help) fill out my new patient paperwork, bring it to the window, and get told that I can’t be seen because my insurance info still isn’t verified.

Gave them my social, called HR, got what I needed, done. My appointment was at 2:00pm It was 2:15 when we got done with everything (which should’ve been done the day prior to when they asked me about my insurance and gave me the ok to proceed) There were two women in the front, a very nice middle age Asian woman who tried to help, and another rude skinny white lady with traces of purple in her hair. The second woman said that since we were so “far behind” she could only do X-rays and maybe brush my teeth” accompanied by the biggest attitude/ eye roll I’ve ever seen in my life. After making me feel like an inconvenience to her, I asked for my paperwork, grabbed it and left. Going to the dentist isn’t the most pleasant experience for some of us, and her attitude and demeanor made the situation worse. As a healthcare professional, I would never act the way that she did, we’re supposed to be welcoming and compassionate.

What I got from her was the complete opposite. This cannot be the first time someone complains about her because she seemed too comfortable acting that way and being extremely dismissive. I wish I would’ve had my chance to see Dr G since I really needed this appointment. Unfortunately I will not be returning and I will not be recommending this clinic to my friends /colleagues.
