The staff is amazing! As someone that has a fear of doctors/hospitals Kelly and Brittney are always so welcoming and they also have jokes! They always return calls within a good time, especially compared to other doctors offices. If you are in need of a Primary Care Doctor I highly recommend this place!

Getting pretty tired of the lack in consistency from this place. Let alone mysteriously swapping doctors every few months, they don't return calls. And IF they decide to listen to your message they will not call back, they'll simply wait and see if you'll call back instead. One of my prescriptions ran out of refills.

It's an anti-inflammatory for the inflammatory arthritis in my spine. Its the one thing that takes my pain away, otherwise I will slowly revert back to not being able to move an inch without sobbing. I put in this request almost a week ago! I've been without this pill for four days now, I've contacted them multiple times trying to get this refill. How man times have I heard back about it? ZERO! They're only even in this office two days a week, why even have an office here at all at this point? And to clarify I've tried calling this office AND center street clinic AND my pharmacy has tried to reach out.

Absolutely shameful. When Brittney was there she was always on top of this stuff.

I have recently switched physicians because she did not take the time that I needed and it’s so hard to get a hold of them! They got rid of all the previous employees and replaced them and Brittany was great and I loved Kelly! So now I’m searching for a dentist which I had three appointments and they called and canceled and the third appointment I was on my way there and they called which I did not answer because I was driving! My appointment was at 8 o’clock and they called me at three minutes till to cancel!! I am not sure why they got rid of all their previous employees but that place went to hell and a hand bucket! Whoever took over…sucks!! I do not like leaving bad feedback but I had to for this place!
