Chi town Truth

I got my tooth pulled,but when I refused to sign for a deep cleaning they were very dismissive. They also tried to get me to sign it by putting another piece of paper over it,well the dentist didn't put enough novicane on my tok and tried to pull my tooth, but when he yanked on it a sharp pain on the right side of my brain was unbearable. Well later I went home, and I had a stroke a couple of hours later, now I can't blame them, but its a mighty coincident that it happened not long after my tooth pulling.

. inwould never go there again and I would tell people to never go there, this happened to me in the beloit office.

The one time I was able to be seen here they told me I had a cavity that needed to be cared for and that I needed to get my wisdom teeth out. THEN when they cancelled my appointment the FIRST time, I went to a different dentist where I found out I had NO cavities and that my wisdom teeth fit fine in my mouth. Now, they call me today for probably the 3rd time to cancel another appointment.

When I told this to the receptionist, she hung up on me over the phone. Very professional! Thank you for the apology for the inconvenience!

I had a fantastic experience as a new patient at Gateway Dental this week. Everyone from check-in to check-out was helpful and kind, but my hygienist (I forget her name!) was above and beyond. I am leaving the area soon, but would recommend this practice to anyone!!
