It is such a pleasure coming to the dentist. Not everyone is a fan of the dentist office but I can assure you I am at peace whenever I need to get my cleaning. Front desk Jessie does a great job to ensure your appts are scheduled and is always greeting the patients with kindness. I will be returning.

After almost 18 years going to the same location, even before It was passed down to Shahinyan I’ve been going to this office. There was a confusion and my husband confirmed 2 appointments for my kids that I can’t make. Just for that the receptionist banned me to make 2 appointments for my kids. My schedule is very busy, that’s not counting many others medical appointments I have to do during the month. I believe there is 0 (zero!) empathy with these receptionist.

People have different needs and it’s not like I’m new there. Right I told her she was making it difficult for me and she sent me to get another dentist. Very unprofessional, I’ll take her advise. I’m giving 2 start because the girl that does the cleaning is amazing, just for her.

Shahinyan and her amazing team (Jessie, Elsie, Jackie, Cristy, Rene & Jaz) always go above & beyond to make every one of my visits perfect. I'm proud to be a patient of an amazing female-led practice!
