Gem Dental Millburn office is bright & clean, and the staff is very helpful and responsive. Dr. Nikita is excellent and takes time to explain the procedures while ensuring my comfort. She promptly accommodated my husband when he called with severe tooth pain, fitting him into her schedule quickly and providing immediate relief for his emergency situation.

I can’t praise Dr. Nikita Goradia enough over at Gem Dental. She is truly an absolute “gem”! She is extremely talented, patient and courteous and has helped me out through some tricky fillings, crowns and deep cleaning sessions. I had an emergency procedure which I had to take care of recently as one of the crowns came off and she moved her schedule on a Saturday to get it all fixed up within 12 hours of this happening.

Nothing against other dentists but clearly there is a difference in quality care, attention to details and fair advice that she offers every time. Our entire family including kids have switched over to her. Highly highly recommended!

I am absolutely so happy that I became a patient at Gem Dental. I had small front teeth. The Doctor does amazing cosmetic dentistry. First I did a whitening treatment in the office and at home. The Doctor did chairside veneers on all of my upper front teeth. I am so happy with the results. I can smile with confidence. I highly recommend Gem Dental.

The entire staff was very nice! I was impressed with the facilities, especially a scan of my teeth that the dentist performed. Areas of improvement for my dental hygeine was clearly and knowledgeably explained to me. I had just moved into the area and was looking for a good new dentist and I'm glad to say I found a good one! I'll definitely be going back.
