If you're feared of dental treatment this is you office to go to. I recently moved to the area and having dental work is a very huge fear of mine. I was welcomed by the staff on the phone first off. Secondly when I went into the office I was greeted so openly. Had my first visit with Dr. Nazarian he completely a nice man. When I returned to start my treatment the assistant was so caring ( I can't remember her name unfortunately) she asked my choice of music. I responded with soft rock. She got on the computer and started playing the music.

Dr. Nazarian entered the room and greeted me and proceeded with my treatment. He was so gentle and made sure I was pain-free. He was humming the entire time to the music. I felt so comfortable with him and the staff. You will not regret going to see Dr. Nazarian he is a very gentle handed dentist. All the ladies here are very kind as well.

Worse experience ever. I went through hell and still am because of a crown. I did not want it, and I argued and argued with the dentist. He absolutely insisted that with my insurance i would not have to pay more than 350 out of pocket. I confirmed this with his office staff and him and actually had him come out to the desk When I confirmed it for the third time before getting the crown. I had the crown for maybe a week before it came off, and I almost lost it.

I went back and they fixed it. And then the entire tooth broke off with the crown on it a few weeks later. I also got a bill for nearly 1500$. The dentist is a huge liar and does terrible work.

My family and I have been to TONS of dentists, and not a single one has ever been as welcoming and caring as Genesee Family Dentistry. They make you feel like family. Like you have known them for YEARS. Dr. Nazarian personally comes to you after you get a cleaning or a procedure done to ensure you were satisfied with your care and that you're feeling good. I wish I could give more stars than just 5. They truly deserve it. Every single one of the staff is amazinggggg.

Soooo sweet and gentle. I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Dr. Jacobs and her assistant Sandra. I can't rave enough about them. Dr. Jacobs was very fast and efficient, kind and gentle. Sandra was absolutely hilarious and so sweet. She truly took my nerves from 100000 to 0.

I will continue to rant and rave about Genesee Family Dentistry to all my family and friends. They all will do the same. Cause we have personally experienced the greatest care you could receive here. ✨️❣️ Thank you all so so sooooo much for being amazing. Beyond blessed to have such caring doctors and staff here in flint.
