Just had one of the best dentist visits I’ve ever experienced. Huge shoutout to Lennell, Alondra, and Ana for making everything smooth and stress-free. Lennell was super professional, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. Alondra was welcoming, friendly, and kept the vibe positive from the moment I walked in.

Ana was also amazing—super attentive and made the whole experience even better. You can tell they all genuinely care about their patients and love what they do. Appreciate the great care and energy—definitely recommend this team!

I am a new patient with Genesis Dental of West Valley and all I can say is I love them! It’s been a long while of me avoiding the dentist because of my fear. (As in I’d rather happily give birth than see the dentist. ) But today I just had a root canal and it was painless! Zero. Zilch.

Nada. Pain free! Ashley at the front desk is so friendly and welcoming, both over the phone and in person. Megan in the office definitely knows her job and is also extremely friendly!. She answered my questions regarding insurance coverage.

Dr. Kim explained exactly what he was going to do prior to starting and would update me periodically throughout the procedure. And I believe his assistant was Dina? who aided him in the procedure. She made sure I was comfortable through the whole thing! I am very pleased with my experience here at this office! I’ve got a lot of work to be done on my teeth, and I’m actually looking forward to going back to this office! Thank you guys! I had such a great experience here!

First time experience. Online scheduling were easy and quick to use. Front desk staffs was very nice, thank you Ashely and Ana for helping me. And the dental team was amazing, efficient and friendly. Very helpful in teaching me on how to care for my teeth. Thank you Lennel and Alondra. Highly recommend them.
