I will never ever ever go back here. . I will not recommend it. It is the worst place to go. Called the office three times for medication refills that I’ve been on for 10 years. Walmart requested refills on these aswell.

After 3 weeks of this they call and ask me what medication do they have to fill? Thyroid medication and antidepressants are not supposed to be just stopped. I told them every single time I called I was out. They still had to call and ask me what to fill. I mean are you kidding me? I’m not asking for a controlled substance. Now I have to start this whole thing all over again like the medication‘s new because I’m sure all of it is out of my system by now.

Less than 1 star. Call to make a new patient appointment for my family member and they wont even answer the phone because its 5 minutes before closing time. I wouldn't bring my dead dog here.

My 4 year old daughter was terribly afraid of the dentist prior to her dentist appointment at Geneve Community Health Center. We went in for a cleaning and check up of her teeth and the experience was amazing. The ladies there were so good to my little girl along with the dentist!! We left there and she said mommy, I love my dentist.

I'm not afraid anymore!! Great experience, not a long wait time, wonderful with children and very friendly.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the entire office, including both medical and Dental Services. It is virtually impossible to speak directly with someone in the office, as all inquiries are routed through a call center. Furthermore, any calls made to the office take a week or more to be returned. Emergency follow-ups are also unavailable for both medical and dental services. I had a dental appointment on 5-28-25, which lasted no more than 20 minutes, including the procedure.

Unfortunately, the work done then came undone. The issue now appears worse than it did prior to the appointment. I followed up with a phone call the next morning, only to be directed to the call center again, with a promise of a return call. However, I have yet to receive a response, consistent with the office's typical delay of over a week.
