I just wanted to leave a wonderful review on this awesome dental organization. The front desk assistant Jade and Christine are always excellent and always have fantastic customer service skills. They greet you with a smile and are very personable.

The dentist and dental assistant are wonderful too. She provides excellent knowledge about dental hygiene and getting your teeth and smile to a great place.

If I could give a zero for first impression. I would. I walked in for my appointment 9 min late after attempting to call with no answer to advise I hit construction traffic. I was not greeted but the front desk clerk, while I signed In Said “what’s your name”, then “I need your Medicaid card, your 9 minutes late” … as if this were a new revelation to be announced … proceeds to pass the clipboard and tell me I need to fill this out ‘fast’… I was taken aback for the notable rude tone and also confused as to why I was not asked for my insurance information and why she felt the need to specifically ask only me for my Medicaid card with a condescending tone as if to insinuate this was the reason I was running late. Needless to say we all want a dentist office that treats their patient with respect, true customer service, professionalism, compassion in communication and hires good people to run the front office….

I’m blown away by the interaction I just had …. Rudeness upon rudeness…. And very disappointing after I was referred to this location! Update: the nurse and dentist were in fact wonderful and very professional…. Though I’m still feeling whiplash from the interaction at the front desk… the young lady who checked me out was also pleasant…. Hopefully when I return for my filling I will have a better experience.

Update: I just left the office for my cleaning and my filling and I updated my review to five stars for two reasons; when I went in today I came in with a great attitude looking for a great experience and the gentleman at the front desk said good morning. He greeted me with a smile as well! He explained everything and answered all my questions about my copay respectfully and I had a great interaction today! Also I love that the doctor herself addressed my review and I explained to them that they were wonderful, even last time, it just what happened at the front desk. So because of today I wanted to update my review and it does look like this is a great place to have as a dentist and I will continue to come to them Going forward. I want to give a shout out to Lizette and my Dentist! Kudos to you both. 🙌🏽

Gentle Care Family Dental has been the best dentist office I have been to. I was referred to this office by a friend & I was not disappointed I will be staying here as long as they take my insurance. I have had a few visits, I had a exam the dental assistant was very friendly and professional.

I had a few filling and I spoke with the dentist before telling her I am scared of needles she was very accommodating, she made me feel very comfortable. The front desk were friendly and helped me check in & check out in a reasonable time. Thank you Gentle Care Family Dental!!

I'm so happy a friend referred me to this place I had went to affordable dentures in Lexington and got a pair of dentures they were bulky they had red lines in them and did not fit at all they were awful so I was told to come to this place and I just got my dentures yesterday and they are awesome. They look natural they feel natural I thought that I was never going to have a good smile again but I was wrong so anybody that is looking to get dentures made please take my advice and go to gentle Care family dental.

You will not regret it I I have been to many different dentist office and this one by far is the best. Thank you so much
