Yesterday, I had an appointment at Gentle Dental. I recently changed my dental office after many years because I was not satisfied with their practices and they did not fulfill my needs. Every service I wanted was referred to another office, and they didn't always have the required specialists, such as hygienists, surgeons, or orthodontists, which was very inconvenient for me. After moving to the Bonney Lake area, I researched local dental offices, and Gentle Dental stood out as the best option. I was still skeptical due to my previous bad experiences with dental offices. However, the staff at Gentle Dental is fantastic.

They are patient, always smiling, and very respectful. Rachel and Dr. Yu were especially kind. I mentioned that I have sensitive teeth and usually experience discomfort during cleanings, and they took great care to accommodate me. For the first time that I can remember, I felt comfortable during a cleaning—it didn’t hurt at all. I believe this marks the beginning of a strong, positive relationship with this practice.

I hope they continue their excellent work, as I am looking forward to all the services I plan to receive there. I've already scheduled my second appointment. If you tend to overthink or have had trust issues with dental services in the past, I recommend giving Gentle Dental a try. They offer a unique level of service that I truly value and appreciate. I would highly recommend this dental care provider, they are honest and trustworthy! After going to Brightnow Dental in Bonney Lake, Dr. Kim charged me over $15,000 in dental fees, while also taking from my insurance company! I was completely traumatized because knowing I had great insurance, he took advantage of my situation being disabled, a quad amputee!

I have been a patient at Gentle Dental in Bonney Lake for about 4 years now. This is a great place! They are great at what they do, they take their time and really care for you as a patient. When I was pregnant and postpartum, they were very accommodating and helpful, especially when I needed to reschedule an appointment.

My parents and siblings also really like this dental clinic! Totally recommend.

Worse dentist ever!!! 2 years ago when I was getting a cleaning they said I had to get my crown replaced, so I did. After about 6 months, I ended up having to get a root canal. I had the same dentist give me a root canal on that same tooth. Now 1.

5 years later, I'm in the middle of moving across the country, and my tooth abscess!! My current oral surgeon couldn't save the tooth and pulled it. The surgeon said that the root canal wasn't done well. I wouldn't get anything other than a cleaning done at this place.
