I had gum graph surgery in 2017 and in 2020, both done by Dr. Buddula. Dr. Buddula was my "second opinion" and I'm so glad that I choose to go with him. He answered all my questions, and he didn't seem rushed or annoyed. In fact, he was very gental and kind.

I had a tooth that was a difficult extraction, and got it pulled at the Gentle Dental Northpointe by Dr. Aravind Buddula. Dr. Buddula is competent enough, but lacks any real sympathy. If you are sensitive to pain, avoid this doctor at all costs! I got an infection, followed by dry socket. The first time I went in for dry socket, I was told they would pack it full of medicated cloves.
He did put a dry socket dressing on it, whatever that is, and sent me on my way with no medication. The second time I went in for dry socket, my third post-op appointment, he looked at it and said it was healing well. He didn't put any sort of dressing on it at all, just poked it with his finger. Now when I look in a mirror I can still see bone exposed to the air, it feels like a railroad spike going through my jaw; I even ended up in the emergency room with extreme pain, and the last time I saw him he told me I should only need 10 pills of acetaminophen with codeine to get me through til I have no more pain. That's what you give people with coughs or people who need just more than a baby aspirin. I would say he is more worried about appearances than about his patients well-being.
I am extremely disappointed with Gentle Dental for trying to charge me for a post-op, and with their periodontist Dr. Aravind Buddula in particular for his lack of sensitivity. I definitely will never see Dr. Buddula again.

He was kind on the phone. He asked me to send him a referral and he would contact me back. Went through the trouble of having previous dentist email him my referral and photos. Never heard from again despite follow up emails.
