The dental work is fine I guess. The problem is the front desk/administrative team. They are incapable of answering basic questions. Checking out and scheduling follow ups is the worst part about going in and their schedule doesn't have much flexibility. They also would call me and not introduce who they are and just start talking until I figure out 'oh, its the dentist'.

Super weird and unprofessional. Also, when I had an ortho consult, the 2 women who presented the estimate couldn't explain any of the line items on it or answer questions about what's included (retainers, follow on care, etc) and it included no actual cost breakdown. They had to get the orthodontist back there to answer simple yes/no questions about the quote. Why would you think you can present a $5,000+ estimate scribbled in pen and not need to elaborate on any of it?

I am out of state. I had gone to Gentle Dental years ago. Loved her. I had broken a crown while visiting in town. Dr. Parikh took me right away. She replaced it. She is amazing. I would definitely recommend her.

I came to this office I'm very short notice for my father because we needed an urgent appointment on Saturday and they easily accommodated us even when we had to shift the time of the appointment by 1 hour. They were really great all very helpful good communicators and gave us a lot of information. So with such a quick appointment and seeing the doctor within 15 minutes of arriving it was really great and saved us a lot of aggravation and gave us a lot of convenience due to the Saturday appointment flexibility.

All of the staff was so nice in helping with the insurance details and explaining everything and sending us detailed records via email after we were finished. I'm only passing through the area but if I lived here I would highly recommend them.
