My hygienist Paul is great! Dr Kellogg is always wonderful, sees all of my family and we have an excellent experience with them including the assistant. The only improvement I would like to see is the front desk to be a little bit more welcoming and friendly.

I would like to recommend Gentle Dental for their dentistry services. The staff is professional and friendly, which creates a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, their prices for orthodontics are quite affordable. I am pleased with the results I've achieved using my aligners.

The one star is for the staff/assistant being nice and helpful. I do not recommend this gentle dental in regards to the dentist though. So I go to the one in Lynnwood. Had extractions done. Worried they were infected. Lynnwood was closed so I got in with Everett. Appointment-infected per the doctor. Recommended oral surgeon. Got that scheduled. Said they would send meds to pharmacy. Called me half way back to my job saying they were having issues sending them and wanted to give me physical ones to take to the pharmacy. I drove back. Gave me two scripts.

One for pain meds and one for antibiotics. Pain meds were the same I had with the extractions. The same one! This is very important. It’s in my chart. Wrote them on regular paper (I didn’t notice but that’s not my job) and my pharmacist said she had to rewrite them or send them over. So after driving back to where I live to my pharmacist I now have not real prescriptions. So I Called the dentist. Now all of the sudden she is concerned about me having a reaction to the same pain medication I had with the extractions. Told them I had this medication and was fine, asked why they sent it with me then?? They said they didn’t know. I didn’t have a reaction with it. I’ve had it before. I was told they would call me back in a few minutes since they close soon after talking to the Doctor. 20 minutes go by.

I’m at pharmacy in a lot of pain and figure I’ll go the er if she’s going to be stupid (why hand me a fake prescription then turn around and say you now don’t want to do it?) but still need antibiotics for infection. Called back and ask if antibiotics can be at least sent over so I can start tonight since they close soon, receptionist tells me doctor will call me back/hangs up on me. What on earth?! I don’t usually leave reviews to be honest but this was ridiculous. It’s now pass closing and I won’t be able to get a hold of them. So I have 2 infected extraction sites with infected bone and concerns about blood flow (per them!) and no antibiotics. Here’s to hoping the ER will help me since I work all week and don’t have time to make another appointment with the other gentle dental. Honestly this is bullshit. Update: now I wish I could do 1 star. I watched them schedule me for the oral surgeon. Yet have arrived today at their other location for the appointment (and I confirmed it was this location with Everett 2 times) and have no appointment. So…stay far far away from the Everett location. I don’t know what is going on there but it clearly is not working.
