I recently started going to this dental office and have had a great experience with Dr. Kaur. I had a deep cleaning, two fillings, and got a mouth guard—everything went smoothly! Dr. Kaur is super sweet, communicative, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. My mouth feels great.

Had three wisdom teeth extracted yesterday. Didn’t know what to expect but overall feel great only a day later ! The whole procedure lasted 45 min , everyone was very professional and did great to make me feel as comfortable as possible. Very well done!

I have been going to this office for years, they are clean and professional their work is top notch. But the reason I go is that I love Dr. Karr she is kind and caring and she works hard for my husband to help him overcome all his dental issues. My issues aren't that hard to get through but the same goes for me. She is a genuinely kind person.

I DO NOT recommend this dental office! I went in for an emergency when my tooth broke. The dentist I saw that day said it needed to be pulled but he doesn't do that. He patched it up so that it wouldn't be cutting my lip and said that wouldn't last long. I thought it might last until my appointment with the one who could pull it five days later. But two days later it fell out in some chicken. So I went to the next appointment which turned out to be for another consultation and he didn't have the time to pull it at that time, but I could come back in an hour and a half, so I did. He had none of my info I had to fill out five days before so he was unaware that I'm a cancer patient, and that I'm high risk for infection.
I did let him know that, so he did prescribe an antibiotic. Well, the person in office told me that every time I see a different dentist in the office there's a consultation fee that my insurance wouldn't pay until it's been six months so I had to pay that. When my insurance let me know that they paid that I went to ask for a refund of my overpayment, and guy at the front desk asked, "do you want that back?" And he looked surprised. He said it would take about three weeks to get it. So today a month later I went in again because I got no callback from the message I left yesterday and still no answer on the phone today. I asked to speak with the woman who told me that I had to pay it, but he said she wasn't there and that she travels between locations. He said it has to be approved.
I said it's been a month. And told him that I called yesterday and left a message about it and no callback, he said he hasn't checked the messages. I said, "from yesterday?" They don't answer the phone or check messages, what do they do besides sit? So I'm still waiting. I'm very low income which is why I have no co-pay so this hurts. VERY BAD BUSINESS 👎
