I’m very disappointed with the billing practices of this clinic. Despite not receiving any services recently, I keep getting bills from them. I’ve tried reaching out to resolve the issue and support person agreed there should not be any bill for me to pay, despite that I keep getting emails for bill payment.

This kind of experience raises serious concerns about their billing system and customer service. I expected better transparency and professionalism. Also the deep cleaning they did was way below the mark and now I have to do it again! Please avoid gentle dental if you can to avoid headaches with their poor service and unprofessional behavior

@WOMEN Both dentist and dental assistants that helped with my wisdom teeth removal already left this office, but procedures on giving patients antibiotics after wisdom teeth removal needs to be taken seriously with patients. I came here two years ago, was prescribed antibiotics, and now live my life with recurrent vaginal infections from my antibiotics prescribed for my wisdom teeth removal two years ago. I've gone to three different doctors/ gynecologists to treat it, but none have been able to help.

Antibiotics were prescribed to prevent dental infections, so I wouldn't come back with dental issues, but antibiotic resistance is real and made my life miserable, so patients shouldn't be prescribed them so easily. If they need to be prescribed, patient's health history should be considered, and we need a heads -up that Yeast infections may occur and to have a contact to a provider for immediate assistance to finish the antibiotic course with an antifungal.

My dentist Dr. Zainvi and my dental hygienist Ala pay attention to details and provide me with the right guidance. My family has also switched to the Redmond branch of Gentle Dental now.
