I've been coming to Gentle Dentist Eagle Creek for 3 and a half years and I always have positive experiences. What started as a spontaneous appointment with them because I had a hole in my tooth and needed first availability, I just keep coming back. Even after root canals and getting crowns for my teeth, I come every 6 months for a cleaning. The receptionists and dental assistants are so sweet and kind and I always have a nice chat with them. Dentist appointments are always dreadful for most but they make the best out of my appointments. Today's appointment for a filling is something I never thought it would brighten my day.

I had one of the worst work day of my life and I did dread coming here. While the receptionist accidentally checked in the wrong person and called me while I was present, it was so funny that I couldn't help but smile and crackled, which definitely brighten my mood instantly. Then, when Phoebe, my dental assistant today, was starting to prep me, I mentioned to her how I had such a rough time and didnt even eat lunch before coming. She was so kind and compassionate enough to let me eat my lunch right then and there. Granted, please dont attempt this intentionally, make sure you have something to eat before a filling or root canal haha. I appreciate her patience and making sure I am well and getting the care I need.

That appointment really made my day. This whole experience today is a great reminder of why I enjoy coming to Gentle Dentist and need to write this review. And I live super close to it so showing up to my appointments is a breeze. I highly recommend them if you live in the area or want to make the drive to Eagle Creek.

Had been going here several years and it was a good experience. I like the staff, very professional. The main downside is that I saw a new dentist every year or two. I really liked the last one, but the current one told me I needed six fillings. (He originally said "several" and I got him to clarify and he said six.

) However they couldn't get me in for three months. I was pretty upset since I had only had two cavities in my 50+ years. Got a second opinion and I had one baby cavity between two teeth that could be treated without drilling (using a treatment insurance doesn't cover) and two places where my gum has receded, but no caries and no drilling, can be filled but can wait. Maybe this was mostly a matter of poor communication, but I'm much happier with my new practice.
