Not so gentle, almost a month after getting wisdom teeth removed, not only has the pain came back, but my friends face has completely swollen up and has an infection, not quite sure what they did, but we went to another dentist and they were in shock of the condition of my friends mouth, they said whoever did it "ruined his gums" safe to say we will not be returning.

Perfect example of just because a place has a good rating doesn't mean they'll do a good job

I don't write a lot of reviews... But this is more of a warning... They told me I had about 8 cavitiesand needed a deep cleaning under the gums ... I never went back... I went somewhere else and was told I have no cavities. Id be careful with this place!

I wish I could give them zero stars. They did 5 fillings on the right side of my mouth. My teeth were cracked and very sensitive after. When I went back for a deep root cleaning I asked the manager to have the dentist check my teeth. She said the dentist would. After my cleaning the hygienist asked the dentist to look at my teeth. I could her the dentist yell across the clinic " I did her teeth 4 days ago she's just sensitive". The hygienist came back and said " she remembers you" then gave me some tooth paste. I went to a new dentist.

They are sending me to a root canal specialist because they messed my tooth up so bad. On top of all that. My new dentist has yet to receive my medical records. The new dentist and I have been trying to get my records for over a week. The only thing they have emailed over are my bite wing exrays. Not what they did to my teeth or the rest of my exrays. They havnt sent any records of previous years. I am looking for a lawyer as we speak!

Are these your teeth or mine? Because I mentioned I didn’t want the chip on my front tooth fixed and you must have forgot not only did you hit my bottom teeth with the drill to make your fix fit better but I feel that your fix also comprised my other front tooth but I can’t tell because I don’t take pictures of my teeth before and after every visit but I’m going to start. I’m not happy with your service. I’m not sure if I should come in again or not I’m undecided.

My other front tooth feels like it chipped a little since you fixed that tooth I asked you not to touch it felt a little sharper than normal maybe you can tell me since you know my teeth better than me. The fix you did broke off more of my tooth thanks for nothing I don’t know how your going to fix this.
