As you can see, there is a trend with the recent reviews. Rude office staff. I had my appointment (scheduled for 8 months) canceled because I didn't confirm by 10 am FIVE days before my scheduled appointment. The receptionist said I had opted out of text message reminders, which is not true. Not returning, I'll find a place that values its customers.

You don’t take my insurance anymore. Please cease with emails and text messages until you resume taking insurance. Please advise this to your clients before they come in for a scheduled appointment. I was not advised and drove 30 minutes to get there for an 7am appointment, only to be turned away.

When I made the appointment over the phone, the receptionist asked if I had the same insurance as before, which I did. When I arrived at the office for my appointment, I was turned away because you now do not take my insurance. You can imagine my disappointment and pure frustration with this matter. I’d highly recommend better training for your staff or better communication with your clients, as no one should have to go without care.

If they do have to, then they should know up front before they are embarrassed and turned away in front of other clients, and after making the long drive for nothing. Little is worse than being turned away for care, and with an audience to boot. I do, however, wish you the best.

Professional, kind and knowledgeable. They are always good to my kids. I believe my daughters dental assistants name is Payton. Literally the best ever. My 3 year loves going to the dentist office because of her.

they told me not to come back stating they do not make enough money off my visits because my fillings take to long ive never heard of this happening to someone before and seems very unprofessional with lack of care for the patient, i also had 2 fillings come out within days of them putting them in... would not recommend coming here if your in search of a dentist.
