They were able to get me in very quickly and squeeze me in to get an extraction on 2 very painful teeth. Very professional, very accommodating, and very caring. Made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, great communication and explanations on what was happening and aftercare instructions.

Will definitely be going back and making them my primary care provider from now on. Very impressed and thankful!

I had an emergency limited appointment and the dentist was great and very through with informing me what steps the take next and how my care will look going forward the assistant was fast with xrays and just overall enjoyable visit all the work iv had done here has been Great in past as well. They are however far booked out but most places that accept state medical insurance is. No complaints

Great job to my Hygienist who took her time scraping and flossing and polishing cleaning X-rays and even a fluoride polishing. The Dr. Was the last step wonderful 2 ladies who took care rather than other places I've been. Getting a return appointment for 2 cavities lol. Worth the wait for scheduling at the beginning a year ago and now, Getting me back for fills on cavities. I was wondering why no thyroid cover for the X-rays but already had my thyroids removed from cancer. Great team.

And I reported a ladies wallet left on a waiting room table and the lady was happy with that. I said to the receptionist I see it but didn't want to touch it. She found the lady as I sat back down. On time service so be a few minutes early. Greatest dental work I've had in years. Thank You Gentle Dentistry, you really were kind and Gentle. ***** five Stars!

Have been taking my kids there for years. My son tried to have a cavity filled there, got scared after the shot and refused anything further. It’s been a struggle to get him there since and I warned them that he was scared and nervous. Went today for a cleaning and was aware that he has a few cavities. The dentist was a much older man, came in and looked at me and said very rudely “are you just going to let all his teeth decay?” I could NOT believe his unprofessionalism and attitude. There is absolutely a difference between educating someone and straight up being rude.

It’s sad because we really haven’t had a bad experience there before until now. Told the tech we wanted to make an appointment somewhere else due to his rudeness and her demeanor totally changed after that. No apology or anything. Just too bad.
