To the lady who was working around 3:30 to 4:00 pm. You can definitely fixed your attitude! I walked and I was courteous to you being on the phone. You throwing an attitude because I didn’t answer you is ridiculous! How was I supposed to know you’re talking to me when the phone is literally in your hand. Like don’t even try to be nice and helpful at the end, keep the same energy. I didn’t do anything to you to be provoked or giving me an attitude. I know you were “shocked,” when I gave you the same energy.

If that phone call was pissing you off, you didn’t need to treat me like I was pissing you off. I genuinely liked this clinic a lot but it is what it is. I definitely will not come back if that’s how your front desk employees work. Why would I trust an establishment anymore if that’s how their employee treats their clients.

Pretty dissapointed. . . I had an appointment this morning for a cleaning and they denied me because I am pregnant. They said that they couldn't do it because I haven't gone in two years and need to have a full exam with xrays. .

. I am advised by OB to have my teeth cleaned during pregnancy so that's what I did. They should be able to perform my teeth cleaning I had scheduled. I don't need a full exam. They had me reschedule for after I have the baby.

Blatantly lied over the phone about scheduled time for appointment. Sent my wife a text message with a completely different time than what they told us. Left her a very rude voice mail. Told us we were late for a time when my kids are still in school. Which i dont schedule since it counts towards r canceled on me before while I was pulling into the parking lot. Would have been nice to know before i left work and had to make up time missed because of their lack to do a simple task.

Inconsistent date times written on the card they would give me. Arguing over the phone while I have proof of them being wrong. Lied about contacting my phone directly. Never left a voice mail or a text message to phone. Tired of the attitude and talked to several other people who have ran into the same issues.
