The support staff was fine, but the dentist whos name I was never told because he didn't introduce himself said about 3 words to me, didn't inform me or ask me about anything during 3 hours in the chair and was snippy at the support staff. I could write a very long review detailing all the many issues I had with w routine crown but its not worth the time.

I am not sure if it was a symptom of this company or what but I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Cocokissed Beauty

The doctor came in and out within like 5 mins, talked dentist talk with the hygienist said they are updating my plan and dipped. And I came in for a reason that wasn't on his plan list! And didn't get a cleaning that I was also scheduled for. I mentioned my concern with the front desk lady that this was my 3rd time in for a cleaning that I'm not getting!! She said they ran out of time. Don't see how but okay. . . .

and she said they are short staffed and this was a temp doc. I remember that being mentioned during my last visit 6 months ago. I could add more but I'm getting annoyed all over . . . just pick a different place or location.

If I could give them no stars I would. I had Two root canals, two weeks ago. I then was supposed to go back to the office to get the crowns put on, which I was told was covered by my insurance otherwise I would not have had the work done. And I had said that more than once to the dentist and the hygienist that I couldn’t get the root canal because it wasn’t covered under my insurance.

I was told that everything but the work up was covered by my insurance, including resin crowns so I scheduled the appointment. I had the first appointment where I had paid in full and arrived at my appointment to have the work completed this morning only to be told I would owe over $3,000 and my insurance doesn’t actually cover it. Now I just have partially finished root canal. The office staff took no responsibility for giving me the wrong information.

They certainly didn’t give me a 24 hours notice, nor did anyone bring up the fact that I would owe that much at my follow up appointment. I felt treated so unbelievably poorly.

Hard to get a stable appointment. Management must need a new scheduling software for staff. In October is scheduled an appointment in February. Waited forever for the appointment and before the appointment, they called me to cancel because there wasn’t even a dentist scheduled on that day. Thought that was odd.

I thought they’d rescheduled me within the month but they needed to schedule me even further out and they now split my appt into two days back to back for exam and cleaning. Then they called me to say the second appointment they scheduled me now has to be canceled again. Keep in mind paying and rescheduling childcare for all these cancellations is exhausting. I asked them if I can just get solid dates for the appointments and they said they can’t promise but can try. TRY? I’ve never had this experience anywhere in my life.

I decided to find a different dentist that can keep my appointments and is reliable. As a mom, I need reliability. Especially after months of waiting for a simple cleaning. Yikes.
