Giselle was kind and helpful but the good service ends there. Dr. Salma Refaat was horrible. She was rude, explained almost nothing when it was time to get some fillings done. I had fillings needing done on the other side of my mouth which she didn’t even mention until I specifically asked.

She has zero bedside manner. I have never cried after several medical procedures and I am covered in tattoos and this woman jabbed a needle into my cheek so hard she hit a nerve and I was in tears. Her response was “yeah, I have to numb the nerve. ” She barely communicated through the entire procedure and when she was done she said “thank you” then left. I don’t know why this place would bother asking if you have anxiety about the dentist, it clearly doesn’t matter to them.

This is after my first appointment was cancelled the day before and the second appointment, Dr. Refaat said it wasn’t scheduled correctly so I needed to come back a third time. Please don’t ever come here, I can’t believe how horrifying this entire experience was.

This was the BEST experience I've ever had at the dentist! From the cleaning with the hygienist where I could have fallen asleep, to the gentle work of the dentist! The staff is a blast !!! I use to fear dental work and put it off for years as did my daughter. Now we look forward to going back knowing that Dr.

Christianson, Sarah our hygienist (who is the BEST)and the friendly staff (Connie is so welcoming and funny) will be making our experience positive and painless. 💗💗💗

Very long story shortened. . . I refuse to come back here!!! I went here for a root canal in early January and there was a different dentist than I saw before and Dr.

Salma did my procedure and did not explain ANYTHING to me! She was extremely rough with me the entire time. Yanking on my cheek with her tools and hands(hint the pictures). She would jab the needles in to numb the area, and when I told her that I can still feel things she told me "no you can't!" (I have A LOT of tattoos and a very high pain tolerance) I left and was unable to sleep for 2 days due to the amount of pain I was in, I scheduled the follow up appointment to have it checked and all they did was file the filling down. I have searched for another dentist and need my x-rays which they refuse to send .

(I've asked over 10 times, had other dentists request) I've been seen elsewhere due to the extreme pain I'm in even 3 months later and found out it's not a "dead" tooth as they claimed. The dentist I saw also believes I have a cracked tooth due to the root canal procedure but unable to tell for sure without my x-rays! I am unable to eat any food on the left side of my mouth due to the damage they caused!! I refuse to go back to this location and will not be taking my child here either!!!
