I can't say enough good about Dr. Dana and her staff. Several bad experiences with others, lack of money, and major fear of the dentist kept me away from the dentist for years and left me with some serious issues. When I finally worked up the courage to go, they took the time to talk to me on the phone, and invited me in just to meet Dr. Dana and the team.

They have been so amazing. I never felt judged or shamed for the condition of my teeth, and they have been nothing but kind and sensitive. The work they've done has been great, they've made sure I haven't been in any pain, and everyone in the office has been incredibly nice to deal with. Four visits in, and they've already made a huge difference in my life. I can't recommend highly enough!

After an unpleasant experience at another dentist office (a dentist that specializes in pediatric dentistry) during my daughter’s first visit as a toddler I was referred to Gentle Touch. Not only did my daughter love them but I ended up switching to them as well! My daughter is 12 now and we have been seeing Dr. Dana and her wonderful, caring, patient staff at Gentle Touch ever since. In fact my entire household fell in love with them! The staff is like family, they’ve gotten to know us over the years and personalized our care.

I am comfortable allowing my daughter to be seen on her own now and more importantly, she’s completely comfortable having her cleanings and procedures done without a parent in the room. From the staff at the front desk to the hygienists and Dr. Dana…we absolutely LOVE gentle Touch!

From the time I walked in, everyone was very pleasant. The lobby was very nice and had an relaxing feeling. When it was time to go in the back the dentist introduced herself to me. Her name was Sara and she was very nice and comfortable to talk too. She told me everything she was about to do and ask if I had any questions which I didn't.

My service was very good and I really like this place seeing this was my first time being there. They even went over my insurance to make sure I understand everything which I liked. Also, the place was clean which was very good. If you're looking for a new dentist office this is the place. Everyone was nice and well spoken and they all need their jobs and was willing to educate you on anything that you needed to know! Thanks again for a great experience ladies!!! Daratae D
