Had a really bad toothache. They got me in very quickly and were very adamant about getting me the help I needed. The Dr got me in and took care of my tooth with no pain. Very friendly and respectful staff. Will definitely be going back for later dental work!

Dr. Ryan Henrichsen and Melissa, his dental assistant are highly skilled and knowledgeable. However, I had an awful dental experience on March 17, 2025. Dr. Ryan was incredibly rough with my mouth. Dr. Ryan put the wrong abutment into the wrong implant’s side, which caused me a lot of discomfort and pain.

He failed to do a biting test, to ensure that I was not biting on the bridge. Dr. Ryan luck of empathy, compassion, listening, and inability to communicate with others like an adult is completely mind blowing to me. Dr. Ryan ran out of his office, not once, but three times, when I was trying to explain how painful my gums were. My gums were bleeding ( never had/have a gums bleeding before) and still days later, my gums were extremely inflamed and raw and very painful. And again, when I complained about it, I was then proceeded to be talked down and yelled at; being told that I wasn’t listening.

They do not care about the patients, what so ever and it was very clear throughout my entire visits. I will not recommend Dr. Ryan at this time base on his luck of empathy, compassion, and inability to communicate effectively with patients. If anyone in need of any dental care, I would advise going somewhere else: less expensive and more caring.
