I attempted to schedule an appointment through Instagram, email, the website, and by phone. Despite being told multiple times that I would receive a call back, it has now been five days with no response. If the pre-consultation process is already this difficult, I can’t imagine what the experience would be like as a client.

I’ve since signed a contract with another office and highly recommend their services instead.

Just to be clear, I was never asked to do a review nor am I receiving any sort of incentive for it. I just left the office and I felt compelled to write this review. Dr Mimi and her team are “da bomb”. I was referred to Dr Mimi by my dentist to fix my bite and close my upper gap. She and her team did an exceptional job with my InBrace. Then I went back to my dentist to get a veneer on one of my bottom tooth. My dentist did a great job, but my teeth slightly shifted during the waiting process.

So I had to go back to Dr Mimi. She ordered Invisalign for me for six weeks and my teeth shifted right back to straight. Today was my final visit. I got permanent retainers in the back of my bottom teeth and she ordered the plastic retainers, which would be here in about a week to two. This is the first dental office that I’ve been to where it seems like everyone is always having a good day. Everyone there is so pleasant, so kind and so sweet all the time. I will recommend anyone and everyone that needs orthodontic work to go to Dr Mimi’s office.

You will not regret it. I am so happy with my smile. Oh, and one more thing, they also corrected the smile of my teenage son. If you ever need orthodontic help, please please please check out Dr Mimi before going anywhere else. You will always feel welcomed and you will not be disappointed.

My son and I have been patients of Dr. Nguyen and her excellent staff for about a year now. I highly recommend this practice. Dr.

Nguyen is an expert in her field and is equally adept at recommending orthodontic treatments for children and for their parents. The staff is very professional and personable; the hours are flexible, and the costs are reasonable. This is everything you need in an orthodontist! Definitely give them a call if you need orthodontic care!
