Georgia oral takes Medicaid. I highly recommend going elsewhere if you have private insurance. This is a "herd them like cattle" state medicaid office so don't expect professionalism or the best standards. If you have medicaid, you are getting what you pay for basically.

My 17 year daughter had to have 4 wisdom teeth pulled. I was so scared because she allergic to everything including amoxicillan. The Marietta office called and asked if I could go to hiram location because it was closer to me and the Dr. Was running late. They asked me to come early at 1230pm and my daughter didn't get called to come from outside our car until after 330pm. I was really angry because they asked me to come early but the doctor was so behind it was so full we had to sit in the car.

However. I give them a 4 star because my daughter was left in good hands. They did an excellent job. After reading the reviews, I was expecting the worst. My daughter didn't drool the whole ride home, and we lived over 30 minutes away and I dropped off her medication, so that was about a hour. She didn't have any pain until a few hours later and by that time she was eating and able to take the medication.

The bleeding stopped. She got a little nauseous when she started eating, I gave her some ginger ale and she was fine and she ate like she was starving. Today is day 2. She dont have much swelling at all, She have minimal pain. She doing her normal, but still following all the Dr's orders. I am so thankful I chose Georgia Oral and Facial Surgery

This was our second time here for wisdom teeth. I thought with my first daughter that she just didn’t handle anesthesia very well. Came out sobbing and bleeding and in pain. But today was my second daughter. Absolutely awful. She could hear people crying in pain before she went in. A nurse came out and explained that people make a lot of noise after surgery. I should have taken her home then. But she seemed nice and concerned. Our appointment was at 9:30. They brought her to the car at 10:45 barely awake.

They don’t allow anyone to be there with the patient when they wake. She was Sobbing. Drooling blood. She had no idea where she was or what was happening. Someone handed me a bag and said instructions are in there. I had to sit in the car 30 minutes with her until she was oriented enough for me to drive. Once she was coherent she said a nurse told her to stop crying so loud. Unbelievable. They should be ashamed. It’s a butcher shop.

I had an amazing experience here ! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The office was clean, modern, and calming, which really helped ease my nerves. Staff was incredible—kind, professional, and extremely skilled. They explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the procedure from start to finish.

The surgery itself was smooth and surprisingly quick, and I felt completely cared for throughout the entire process. The post-op instructions were thorough, and they even followed up to check on my recovery, which I really appreciated. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you're looking for an oral surgeon, I highly recommend this office!
