if there was a zero star, i would have given to them. My experience with this business was disappointing. The accounts payable department operates with inflexible policies and poor customer service. the lady on the phone taking my payment was extremely authority hungry and rude. After a single late payment, I was informed that unless I provided a card for automatic payments, a $50 late fee would be charged every time a bill became past due—an approach that feels excessively punitive rather than customer-focused.

Additionally, my daughter’s orthodontic treatment was handled with noticeable inexperience, resembling more of a learning exercise than professional care. The lack of expertise led to significant discomfort for her, making the process far more challenging than expected. Based on my experience, I would advise exploring alternative providers who prioritize professionalism, customer service, and true expertise in their field.

I recently visited GSU’s dental clinic and was highly disappointed with the unprofessional experience I had with Inez Taggart, the patient care specialist. Despite not being a licensed dentist, she attempted to diagnose me and provide dental consultation, which was both misleading and inappropriate. It was only after I got home and researched her credentials that I realized she is merely a patient care coordinator—not a dental professional. Fortunately, Rita, the residency specialist, and Dr. Grant, were there to provide me with accurate and helpful assistance. I am grateful for their professionalism and expertise.

However, I will NEVER go to GSO again and strongly recommend avoiding this establishment. The environment may look professional but some of the workers there, including INEZ, are unprofessional. This clinic needs serious improvements in both staff qualifications and patient treatment standards. Im moving forward with further actions.

1st time I came for my consult, got approved. 2nd time came for photos, paid my deposit. 3rd time I was coming to get the braces on. I arrive in the parking lot and get a call from them (at my appointment time) telling me that I am not a candidate and I have periodontist. This is a lie! Just say you were unprepared and don’t want to work with me. I just saw my dentist 2 weeks before this and got multiple deep cleanings last year. My dentist even raved to me about how great and clean my teeth looked.

Even if I did have periodontist . . why tell me after driving over 3 times here instead of originally telling me I’m not a candidate? I’ve been calling about getting my deposit back and all I get is a lady named Kathleen that keeps saying her manager will follow up. All lies. Save your time and go spend your money on better quality else where. Glad this didn’t work out, it was God’s sign that they would’ve given poor service and care. Oh and I’m still wishing on my refund!!!
