I wasn’t planning to leave a review—I had simply decided not to return. But after receiving an email request for feedback, I felt it was important to share my experience. As someone new to the area, I was looking forward to finding a great local dentist. The office is modern and well-equipped, and the staff are professional and courteous. However, I was caught off guard by the excessive focus on upselling cosmetic procedures. I came in for a routine check-up and cleaning, but after over an hour of nonstop X-rays and no interaction with the dentist, I felt like the priority was more on sales than care.

When I finally met Dr. Patel, I found her bedside manner lacking. Overall, the experience felt impersonal and overly clinical. I’ll be looking elsewhere for future dental care.

Great staff however poor follow through with treatment plans and communication. My daughter was supposed to have fillings and was rescheduled twice. One of those times we were actually at the appointment and they did the sealants but rescheduled fillings. I'm an understanding person, I get things happen but when I come to my third appointment and you decide to not do my daughter's fillings and refer her to a pediatric dentist instead then I have a problem.

It was 2 months since the X-rays were done and now you tell me you think you shouldn't do them and I'm now waiting a month to get my child into a different dentist. Will not be returning.
