This has been the most pleasurable dental experience I’ve ever had in my life. The hygienist was very knowledgeable and efficient. This was the first time I did not experience pain at the dentist office. The receptionist staff was amazing and sweet as well.

As a retired dentist I highly value the work that dentists do and therefore look for the very best in a dentist to rely on. I now confidently rely all my dental services to Dr. Ali. He is an amazing and the most caring dentist with an absolute best bedside manners. He make sure every question is answered in detail and all treatment plans are aligning with the guidelines. He always put patients first, very caring, and honest.

Three aspects that go a long long way when you are looking for a great dentist. The hygienist Ms. Camellia is also very approachable and knowledgeable. She always makes sure that she took best care of me. I highly highly recommend this practice.

They did a great job. I was surprised by how quickly they got my procedure done and it looks great. Had some miscommunication regarding payment but it was resolved immediately.

The staff at Germantown Dental Group was great, they were friendly to me and treated me as I was a new patient. I drove all the way from Baltimore Maryland to Germantown Dental Group, over an hour drive because I was told how great the dental services were there, however I left the office feeling like I had been thrown out of the office and not treated with care or sympathy at all. I had severe dental pain as the doctor was examining my teeth and gums, and I expressed how difficult it is for me to go to the dentist because I have anxiety around dentist and the pain, because my tolerance for pain isn’t much, I also have a resistance to most numbing gels and injections. I explained all of this at the time I made the appointment, they said it wouldn’t be a problem.

The dentist made me feel awful about my teeth and the fact that I couldn’t deal with the pain. She said “I have had 28 patients today and you are the only difficult one” she was rude to me inconsiderate and told me she couldn’t treat me because of my tolerance for pain told me I needed to find a place where they can put me to sleep and left the exam room. She mentioned earlier in my visit I had an infection in my gums and instructed the dental assistant to give me some antibiotic mouth wash but she never gave me anything to treat my infection, no prescriptions, no treatment advice or how to properly treat my infection, just was rude and put me out of the office because I couldn’t tolerate the pain. This kind of experience is why I haven’t been to a dentist in over ten years.

She was not patient with me or sympathetic to my pain or my anxiety. I would never recommend her practice to anyone. 🙁
