I've spoken to United Concordia, and they have nothing submitted from the claim that was supposedly sent, yet I’ve received two statements. One stating I would be sent a reimbursement check thru my insurance provider, and another where they didn’t have the information to submit the claim- which was my fault, due to not having the card physically in my hands. However- I’ve called the office twice, and was reassured the claim was being re-submitted. I’ve waited another three weeks, and again Nothing was submitted for date of service 9/24.

. . so they can't send me any reimbursement without that being sent, and we're in November. I'd like to get this wrapped up, and I know how easy it is to send- so Please just submit it properly already! Thank you!

After dealing with a partial for over 30 years, I decided to do implants and crowns. Dr Tempel’s attention to detail through that process was phenomenal! She made sure they fit perfectly and matched my other teeth. Best decision ever and so wish I would have done it sooner!

The office goes beyond when it comes to quality of care. I saw two different hygienist and both were so in depth and thorough. They explained everything with great detail and confidence.

Dr Tempel was kind and knowledgeable and gave me the best options for further treatment. I also had to get a deep cleaning and my mouth didn't even hurt afterward! I had a filling replaced that was causing pain and i can finally chew on it again! I would recommend this office to everyone!

Dr. Tempel & her team are amazing! I’m 43 yrs. old and have high anxiety around dental appointments/procedures to the point that I will avoid dental care for years. Many offices are unwilling to provide sedation and my anxiety is dismissed. At my first appointment Dr. Tempel took the time to listen and understand- a first for me. I’m so relieved to have finally found my dental provider!!
