I had just moved back into WV and did not have a dentist. I woke up on a Friday morning with full blown horrible toothache. I called and the receptionist was very nice and gave me an appt. Within 2 hours. I have been in a car wreck recently and had several teeth knocked out as well as broken and damaged ones. Not at anytime did Dr Massey judge me for the shape my mouth was in but instead listened.

He has taken 2 teeth out with no pain AT all and very patient and gentle. The office staff is awesome. Needless to say I pick an Ghareeb dental for my needs and I am well on my way to get my TX plan and having a beautiful smile. Much thanks to the office staff and especially for Dr. Massey for taking such good care of me!!!

First the good. Dr. Massey and the dental assistants are GREAT! They are kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. Dr. Spain made a very bad mistake with a crown he put in. . . turns out he put it in backward and it caused problems to say the least. Dr. Massey made it right. Now the bad. This office has the worse customer service I've seen. Misty the office manger/receptionist is downright unprofessional, rude and needs to learn how to deal with people. That is why the 1 star.

I left this dental office because of her actions. She needs retrained or put somewhere she doesn't have to deal with the patient. She dismissed me because I questioned her actions with insurance instead of explaining them to me. She deals with insurances every day. . . that's her job. The normal person doesn't. I understand people make mistakes. . . but to be outright snotty about them is something totally different. I will take my business elsewhere.

Dr. Massey did a great job filling a tooth that had broken off. It was pain free and he was very good at checking my condition all during the process. That made me more comfortable and I appreciated his attentiveness. I recommend this dental practice to anyone needing a dentist that cares.
