I want to THANK Dr. Gibberman and his staff!! He addressed a concern that I had, and I was able to still receive the OUTSTANDING service I have been receiving for almost 20 years. I had some dental issues his staff took care of immediately, and I am more than happy because I have been completely satisfied with the treatment I have been receiving from this practice. I also want to say that I travel 2 hours one way and that have been for over 15 years because I am extremely happy with the service.

Again, thank you Dr. Gibberman and to your staff!! I have been going there for years, and the dentist are great!!!! However, the new staff at the desk are horrible!!! After a encounter with the office manager the experience is not a pleasant experience. To add insult to injury the office manager have POOR communication skills. I made a one and half hour drive for a 5 minute consultation with a specialist which I was led to believe that work was going to be done.

It's NOT the same practice I enjoyed coming too. I will look for a new practice.

Yesterday was my first visit to Gibberman Dental, and it was fantastic. All the people I interacted with were professional, kind, and communicative. They explained everything they were doing and made should I understood. The care was excellent. But the best thing, and this is not a small thing at all, is that they took my insurance.

And by the time I was ready to go, they had calculated what my copay would be and in a very transparent and easy-to-understand way, told me what I owed and what would be paid by my insurance. So, excellent care AND transparent billing. Best dentist ever.
